Reporting to the Senior Winemakers, the Winemaker will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of bottled and bulk wine products for the domestic and export markets, implementing winemaking decisions while maintaining current winemaking styles.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for overseeing the activities of Vintage Winemakers.
Essential criteria;
- Degree in Oenology or demonstrated experience as a winemaker in a large commercial facility;
- Proven knowledge of the production of commercial wines for domestic and export markets;
- HACCP certified with the ability to manage the Food Safety Team or willingness to undertake training and certification.

- Attention to detail and commitment to wine quality;
- Ability to be flexible and to work independently
