A prime opportunity exists for a Full time Vineyard Hand to work for one of the largest Family owned dried fruit properties in the Sunraysia Region. The property contains 200 hectares of trellis dried sultanas.

About the role:
The Vineyard Hand will be a part of an experienced team working together to produce high quality dried vine fruit through effective viticulture production techniques. Working Monday to Friday 38 hours, additional hours and weekends required in busy peak periods.
Duties involve:
- Irrigation and irrigation repairs
- Drainage
- Pruning, vine training, trellis flipping, pulling out
- Fertiliser application
- Cutting and wetting
- Harvesting
- Spray application for pest and weed control
- Slashing
- Tractor operation
- Trellis repairs
- General maintenance of vineyard, machinery, sheds, workshops, buildings, gardens and surrounds
- Reporting direct to management
Essentials Requirements:
- Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Current ChemCert Certificate or willingness to obtain
