ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Finance and Administration Team as a Receptionist/PA. Working within the team, you will assist with a range of front of house, internal and external customer service activities.
This position will be responsible for:
- The overall management of front office duties and presentation of administrative building and resources
- Assisting with the data entry of accounts payable transactions
- Providing efficient and professional Executive Support
- Being the first point of contact for customers, growers, suppliers and other staff to the business
- Managing meeting rooms and fleet bookings
- Team travel planning and reimbursement support
- Executive diary management
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience with accounts payable
- Data entry proficiency / touch typing at minimum 50 wpm
- Intermediate computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
- Experience with Personal Assistant (PA) type work such as Executive diary management, travel planning and associated bookings
- Proactive, professional attitude and superior time management skills
