Located at our Karadoc Winery site, an opportunity exists to work with amazing people in a supportive and positive environment.
Reporting to the Production Administration Coordinator, you will be accountable for a range of duties including:

Wine intake and despatch processing

Cellar work note entry

Tendering and receipting of winery purchases

Monitoring our inventory management systems

Providing outstanding administrative support to the Production Team
To succeed in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative practices ·
- Intermediate to high level mathematical skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive and professional attitude ·
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including a good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work shifts during the vintage season ·
