The Role: 

We are looking for a dedicated, results driven individual with a strong customer focus to join our dynamic Administration team.

Located in our Irymple office, this is a permanent, full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity for a career within the wine industry.

Responsibilities Include: (Please request full Position Description prior to applying)

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering phones and directing them to the relevant areas
  • Accounts Payable including data entry of invoices and purchase order receipts
  • Preparing and lodging export documentation for the sale of packaged goods

We are looking for someone with:

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills including the entire MS suite and Accounting software
  • A flexible attitude with an ability to multitask
  • Experience with export documentation preferred but not essential
