My Vintner is an exciting growing business that is more than just a bottling line; it is part of your end-to-end wine solution. With more and more customers wishing to come on board we are now seeking a full time bottling operator.

We’re seeking a motivated and passionate Production Manager who can lead by example, build strong team camaraderie, and consistently deliver results. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met with efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of beverage manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and a people-first leadership style that inspires high performance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production schedules to meet volume and quality targets.
Lead and develop your team by coaching, training, and supporting multiskilling initiatives. Manage attendance and assist with recruitment
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and production supplies in coordination with procurement.
Maintain production equipment and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.
Enforce safety protocols and cultivate a culture of safety and accountability on the production floor.
Prepare regular reports on production output, efficiency, and downtime.
Support our GM on budget planning and cost control initiatives to maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in beverage or food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Wine knowledge or experience is highly regarded
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality systems in beverage manufacturing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
