COMPANY

Our client is a well established winery in the foothills of the Grampians region in Western Victoria. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will have a portfolio of 4 tiered brands to leverage and grow sales in both on-premise and off-premise channels.  Managing 300 existing customer accounts. 

Requirements:

  • Acquire distribution (on- & off-premise).
  • Service existing customers and grow business. 
  • Develop promotional/commercial opportunities. 
  • Brand story and consistency of brand. 
  • Negotiate price structures. 
  • Tradeshow / Event representation. 
  • Coordinate your territory effectively and work towards designated KPIs. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • MUST have experience on-premise and off-premise. 
  • MUST have experience working in the wine sector. 
  • High interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial acumen. 
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Experience in relationship management. 
  • Negotiation experience. 
  • Report writing. 
  • Creative thinker.
