Cloudwine is a leading independant wine store located in South Melbourne. Due to continued growth, we've created a casual position for a Wine Club/Subscription Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The Wine Club/Subscription Manager has responsibility for fulfilling each subscription.
You will select wines for each delivery & write accompanying letter and organise the box up to postage stage.
In addition to this role, you'll also be serving customers in-store to help them choose a wine from a large range of both domestic and international.
This role has the capacity to evolve with time as the business continues to grow.
Skills & Experience
You must have excellent written and verbal communications.
Great wine knowledge is a must.
You must be able to liaise with other members of our team.
Contribute to the development of processes to increase efficiencies and manage workflow.
You must have experience in wine retail and/or wholesale to be considered for this role.
