ABOUT THE POSITION
The position is open to applicants seeking full-time or part-time work. The role is ideal for any person possessing the right skills and personality, including return to work parents.
Your days will be centred around speaking to our loyal wine club members, and helping them decide what their next wine purchase will be.
A normal working week will see you:
- Contacting our members over the phone to present and consult on our latest Wine Club offers and promotions
- Building ongoing relationships with our members, so they would look forward to speaking to you over-and-over again
- Building and maintaining a deep knowledge of our wine range and offers
- Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver great services to our members
- Contributing to a fun and committed team
ABOUT YOU
- You smash your KPI'S – you take ownership and have pride in the work you do
- Your skills are proven in identifying and understanding customer needs, and matching these to offers and products
- Outstanding customer relationship skills. You are memorable, and unashamedly customer-focused
- A strong team player. You contribute to the success, experiences, and growth of your team
- You have worked within a wine, liquor, or FMCG business in similar positions
