About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Industrial Sales Team for our Fibre business in Melbourne. Reporting to our state sales manager you’ll be entrusted with a portfolio of existing customers to service and grow, as well as being responsible for identifying new accounts within your designated region. 

You'll spend about 60% of your time out in your territory, which covers the Western side of Melbourne, hunting for new business as well as developing and growing your existing customer accounts.

  • A true hunter sales mentality with focus and persistence to develop and grow new business
  • A high level of self-drive and ability to work autonomously
  • Previous experience managing and growing a largely SMB / mid-market customer base
  • Understanding of manufacturing environment
  • Previous sales experience in manufacturing, print, flexibles, plastic, packaging, cartons or a related field
  • A good understanding of manufacturing and managing clients in a dynamic environment
  • Proven success building and growing business in a highly competitive market
  • Previous experience using CRM programs, ideally Salesforce proficient
  • A collaborative and consultative sales style that is relationship driven
