Stokehouse is seeking an experienced Supervisor to become a part of our management team. We are looking for an individual that can lead and train staff, with high organisation skills, clean and efficient with the ability to multi-task.
You must be able to work well under pressure, have exceptional customer service, and an eye for attention to detail. We require a Supervisor with:
- A minimum of 2 years FOH experience
- Intermediate food and wine knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of wage cost control
- Knowledge of improving customers average spend
- Motivation for continued improvement and development
- Be self-driven
