Our beverage offering is vast and is built up of a global selection of wines, beers, aperitifs and spirits. The diversity of our offering is paramount to our success. We offer a range of carefully curated beverage matches to enhance each dining experience and take our guests on a memorable journey. Our menus change seasonally allowing us to showcase a broad spectrum of iconic wines, alcohol-free infusions, small producers, back vintages and obscurities which will keep you on your toes and add depth to your knowledge and palate.

We are looking for a wine lover - someone who is willing to share their time, knowledge and experience with our team. An ideal candidate will have experience as a section waiter. WSET Level 3 or higher, or CMS Certified or higher will be necessary.
