Pt. Leo Estate service philosophy is centred around genuine hospitality and professional service at every juncture.
You will have the opportunity to grow into our collaborative, forward thinking and award-winning team.
Work alongside the Pt. Leo Estate Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier and Bar manager to deliver a consistent and sophisticated one-hat bistro service.
Pt. Leo Estate is open 7 days a week (lunch only Monday-Wednesday

There will be plenty of opportunity to progress in our business with coaching and training form the senior team.

About you…
- You will need to already need to have been a great waiter in a refined dining establishment
- Excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails and spirits
- Great communication skills
- An established knowledge and passion for Pt. Leo Estate
- Completion of WSET 2 and a desire to complete further studies
- A strong work ethic and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Task driven
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Hold a current Victorian drivers’ licence
- Committed to the prospect of working and being on the Peninsula 5 days a week

Pt. Leo Estate is a family run ocean front property set on 330 acres of vineyard, farm and sculpture park located in the Mornington Peninsula.
Opened in October 2017, Our service philosophy is centred around genuine hospitality and professional service at every juncture. We are a unique and award winning property with multiple dining outlets.
About You
- Demonstrate experience in refined dining establishments
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails and spirits
- Strong wine knowledge
- Excellent communicator
- Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Hold a current Victorian drivers licence and have own transport
