About the role
An exciting and unique opportunity now exists at vino bambino for a full-time Senior Wine Sales Account Manager for the On and Off Premise trade in the Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of vino bambino, Marco Singarella, the successful candidate will be need to be a highly motivated individual with strong wine knowledge and wine sales with min of 3 to 5 years in the wine industry. They need to be a very well presented and driven person who loves all things food and wine, be a strong negotiator, able to build close relationships with their clients, able to work autonomously, have a strong knowledge of Australian and Italian wine varietals, able to train hospitality, run wine tastings/dinners, drive sales, maintain existing relationships and sales, an excellent communicator and people person, able to run a call cycle and achieve and exceed sales targets.
