Lust is an independent liquor brand based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we make naturally refreshing better for you beverages! Due to rapid growth we are in need of an ingrained experienced sales whizz located in Melbourne, VIC. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to work within an agile young brand in an exciting growing category.
About the role:
- Manage existing customer sales & relationships
- Build and grow packaged sale customers
- Drive sales of Kegs through existing/new on-premise customers
- Increasing brand awareness through – Tastings, Events and Training
- Ability to record customer interactions on CRM records
- Building out a territory sales strategy
- Implementation and execution of sales strategies
Skills and experience:
- Autonomous worker with high level of attention to detail
- Keen to work within a fast moving and agile brand
- Experience in building a sales strategy
- Experience in sales strategy execution
- Ability to meet KPI structures
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to think on their feet providing customers with problem solving solutions
You would ideally be located in or around Melbourne. It is important to you have a full driver’s licence, RSA and full rights to work in Australia. This role is Full Time with flexible hours, which may include occasional weekend work. You will be supported by our HQ of who will supply you with all tools necessary. You will also be provided with laptop, car, phone allowance.
