About the business and the role

Prime Wines is a part of the Wholesale Wine Services group which has businesses down the Eastern seaboard.  Wholesale Wine Services has been established over 23 years .  As an Area Manager, you will service and grow a portfolio of established accounts within the Bayside/Eastern Suburbs area, in addition to focusing on developing new business.

Job tasks and responsibilities

We are seeking applicants with:

  • An understanding of the on-premise wine market
  • A working knowledge (production, styles and evaluation) and enthusiasm for wine
  • Established network within the Melbourne hospitality industry
  • Ability to achieve outcomes in a dynamic sales environment

Skills and experience

         *  Exceptional customer service and communication skills

         *  Exceptional organisation and time management skills 

         *  Demonstrated success in a sales position

         *  A proven ability to build strong business relationships
