Cellarspace is an online wine marketplace that opens up the finest cellars and brings premium wines into one marketplace where wine lovers can buy, value and sell their wines.
About the role
This is a part time casual role across the hours of 9.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Potential flexibility of working hours will be discussed. We are based in South Melbourne and there may be the potential to work from home at times.
Duties include:
- Setting up and maintaining sellers and product listings on our Cellarspace website
- Key contact for our sellers - including managing enquires and follow up
- Respond to Zendesk queries as they arise
- Issue resolution for buyers
- Monitor the customer service inbox and responding to enquiries
- Maintenance of any internal Cellarspace databases including awards, accolades and wine reviews
- Update website content as required
- Appointment setting and warm lead generation- proactively contact cellar doors to establish a warm leads for our sales team
- Monitor and follow up outstanding orders to ensure dispatched
Skills and experience
- Enjoys working in a digital environment
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with clients and colleagues
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- Clear, honest communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to listen and empathise
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Word/Pages and Excel/Numbers
- Self-motivated, proactive and prepared to take responsibility for tasks
- Ability to resolve issues
- Experience with social media updates
