This is an Internal Sales position, supporting our sales team and selling winemaking consumables, top of bottle packaging & machinery.

Grapeworks / Tanium are a leading supplier to wineries and other beverage producers Australia wide. Our range includes premium winemaking consumables including yeasts, barrels, filtration, top of bottle packaging including capsules, crown seals, sparkling hoods and innovative machinery and equipment such as presses, crush pad equipment, pumps and turnkey bottling lines.
We require an experienced self-motivated sales person with knowledge of the wine industry.
The successful applicant will make outgoing sales calls to potential and existing customers, handle inbound sales and provide backup support to the on road sales team.
You must thrive on the sales process, be organised, have a positive approach to building relationships and providing excellent service to both our customers and our sales team.
The successful applicant will:
- Be responsible for providing back up support to the on road sales team
- Identifying new business and sales opportunities within our customer base
- Develop relationships and provide excellent customer service
The successful applicant must have:
- A proven track record for sales and the sales process
- A good work ethic, organised and self-motivated
- Good communication and computer skills
- The ability to work in a team
- Able to build new relationships and identify opportunities
- Have initiative and a high level of written presentation and professionalism
