About the role：
As the Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will report to the Directors and Marketing Manager, you will need to be a resourceful and creative thinker as you will be involved in international campaigns, digital channels and other marketing strategies for Australian fine wines towards overseas and domestic markets.
Ideally, you will be a smart, digital media specialist with between 1 - 2 years’ experience who can take our digital and social media capabilities and insights - and your career - to the next level.
Immediate Start.
Duties include:
- Mini video filming, editing, live broadcasting.
- Develop and manage digital content to ensure a seamless multi-channel customer journey across all platforms such as Wechat, Instagram, Weibo, Douyin and other similar platforms.
- Assist with marketing materials’ amendments, creations and publications.
- Keep abreast of new digital marketing trends
- Assist with marketing campaigns include wine tasting events, trade fairs, wine shows, VIP events and winery tours.
- Update and maintain our CRM database
- Act based on clients’ digital marketing request
Basic requirements:
- Previous experience in similar marketing role
- Native speaker and writer in Mandarin
- Fluent speaker and writer in English
- Advanced operating knowledge of image and video software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and iMovie or other similar applications.
- Advanced operating knowledge of Wechat and website maintenance tools
- Ability of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- High Attention to Detail
- Great decision making and problem solving skills
