About Gypsy Hub

Gypsy Hub is a commercial craft beverage producer and solution provider to the craft beverage industry.  It is a brand incubator working with distillers, brewers and wine makers to bring their products to life at a commercial scale.  Gypsy Hub also produces its own, soon to be launched boutique beverage product range.  

Gypsy Hub is a multi site operation across beer, cider, wine and spirits. There is plenty of scope for range development and ownership within the NPD space. Management across multiple sku’s and production capacity to tailor make customer solutions. It’s an exciting role which would see you working closely with distributors and our team of product developers.  

About the role

Your role will include:

  • Building strong partnerships with both existing and new customers to develop and execute the market brand plans.
  • Continually analysing and communicating customer requirements to generate new business opportunities.
  • Management of distributor relationships and strong account management skills.
  • Responsible for the local brand development of our range. Managing sales & distributor relationships across beer, wine, cider and spirit sales channels.
  • Project lead the development of new product market introduction from sell in to launch.
  • Assisting in developing the strategic plan to achieve company sales targets to gain larger market share;
  • Monitoring the craft beer, spirit and wine markets to determine and identify opportunities for new product development, business partnerships and product collaboration opportunities.
  • Diligently identify and grow sales opportunities across product range;  
  • Financial acumen and reporting; Providing short- & long-term forecasting to meet targets.
  • Coordinate relevant trade shows and opportunities;

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive sales experience and proven track record in a business to business role in the beverage industry.
  • A passion for the craft beer and spirit market and  solid industry contacts.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship management sills. 
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to selling to exceed expectations. 
  • A creative and entrepreneurial flair to deliver and execute new ideas with the market.
  • High commercial ability to identify growth opportunities in the market.
  • Ability to develop new relationships with customers Australia-wide,
  • Ability to work autonomously to build a brand from scratch, as if it were your own.
