We own and manufacture a highly awarded portfolio of brands across Beer, Wine, Cider, Spirits and ready to drink products. Vok has built a reputation for building brands and returning brands to growth.


We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic and aspiring individual to join our sales team, to work autonomously and manage established customers and build the Vok portfolio within the Melbourne area. The successful applicant will effectively develop and grow an assigned sales territory meeting key brand-building objectives and distribution of the Bickfords Group of Companies spirits, wine, cider, beer and non-alcohol brands in influential on premise venues that delivers a set volume and net profit targets. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing a on premise client base of retail customers, growing volume, distribution and profitability with existing outlets, achieving sales and distribution targets
  • Managing a varied portfolio of accounts
  • Executing State and National Strategy's, Business Plans and Promotional Programs   
  • Planning and executing an effective journey plan to cover the territory
  • Accurately record and enter data into company systems
  • Timely reporting and sales admin tasks as required

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years Sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Commerce preferred
  • Highly focused and results driven, with a proven track record of sales results
  • Effective planner, that has good time management capability
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, high levels of resilience and a strong hunter mentality

To be successful in the role you must have a current drivers licence and be available to work some weekends and late nights. Proven success in a similar sales role or relevant FMCG industry experience is required.
