Handpicked is a multi-region award-winning wine producer with sustainably managed vineyards in Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Tasmania and the Barossa Valley. Our vision is to become one of the most respected, trusted and recognised wine brands in the world.
Our second Urban Cellar Door will open in early 2021 as part of Melbourne’s newest luxury fashion and food precinct, 80 Collins Street. Comprising a retail wine boutique, tasting facility, and a wine and cheese lounge, the Handpicked Urban Cellar Door will play a key role in showcasing our range of fine wines.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role that will draw on advanced communication and interpersonal skills to build a new team in a new venue. This role necessitates someone who is entrepreneurial, motivated by meeting challenging sales targets and energised by being part of a ground-breaking concept in the wine industry.
The successful applicant will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends, a track record in people management, experience in sales and retail management, a sound knowledge of international wines and the skills to share this passion with the team and the guests. WSET certification desirable.
