Jimmy Watson’s Wine Bar and Restaurant is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our exciting new team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a front of house supervisor role, or equivalent. In addition to demonstrating their experience, the successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a variety of clientele, ranging from University students, to older regular customers;
- A genuine interest in food and wine, with preferably a WSET Level 2 or above or intermediate wine knowledge;
- Awareness of wages costs and rostering practices;
- Be self-motivated and success driven, with a passion for delivering excellent service;
- Ability to follow opening and closing procedures;
- Experience with Order Mate POS system (preferable);
- A genuine desire to advance their hospitality career.
We are seeking a Supervisor who can work over a flexible roster of days and nights, not including Sundays or Public Holidays.
