Vinoteca Winebar in Port Melbourne is looking for two new superstars to join our team. We are on the search for a cocktail bartender and a personable waitperson with a sound knowledge of local and international wines.
Vinoteca is a sleek and modern Italian restaurant with a fantastic local and regular customer base. Our chefs draws on his Italian heritage to create a seasonal driven menu of simple, heart warming dishes alongside classic European dishes with a twist.
Key Requirements:
- Waitperson must have experience in coordinating and managing a busy section
- Bartenders need to have previous experience making cocktails
- Have the ability to educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails, aperitifs
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with customer service being your number one priority
- A current RSA certificate
