Hey what an interesting couple on months we've all had! we are now getting ready to re-open and we are searching for a full-time career focused Bar person that takes pride in quality and consistency of products that leave the bar with an outgoing friendly and professional personality. The successful applicant will be genuinely excited about food, wine and customer service.

We constantly strive to improve the food and wine culture in the dining room and we need a hands-on Bar person to help continue the growth within our already successful restaurant.

Meat Flour Wine we have an large dining room with cosy booths, window seating plus the addition of beautiful and flexible private dining rooms that are away from the hustle and bustle of the main dining area. 

To be successful in this role, the desired candidate will need:

  • Previous experience as a Bar tender /Bar manager or Bar Supervisor
  • Happy and outgoing personality 
  • Provide and deliver excellent customer service
  • A solid knowledge of cocktail making and Italian Wines
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • To demonstrate a pro-active and hands on approach to leadership
  • Experience with stock take and ordering 
  • To liaise with the owners with new ideas, weekly special and ways to improve the bar

You must have the right to live and work in Australia and within 30 minute drive of Braeside

This role will be full time over the next few months as restriction ease but to start with will be part-time 15-25 per week and you will be required to do straight and split shifts across 5 days
