A rare opportunity to join the Management Team of one of Australia's most respected and loved wineries. Iconic McLaren Vale producer Wirra Wirra Vineyards is looking for a experienced wine industry sales professional to take on the key role of Sales Manager.
This role will be responsible for domestic (excluding Chains) and international sales for the Wirra Wirra and Ashton Hills brands.
The successful candidate will work alongside our national and international distributors to plan and execute sales strategies to grow our wine brands and build upon their reputation in the market.
Working with the Management Team, the role will help define and set the business strategy for Wirra Wirra Vineyards and take on a key leadership position within the business.
So if you:
- Have sales experience at a senior level in the wine industry working for, or managing a relationship with, a national distributor;
- have worked in a sales role managing agents/distributors in international markets
- have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form partnerships
- have strong wine knowledge
-are committed to being a team player in a business built around a strong culture and set of values
- can commit to domestic and international travel (whenever that might be!)
- believe that making great wine is a serious business, but it should still be fun...
