BOTTARGA RESTAURANT is a new modern Italian restaurant situated in the new Maroochydore CBD dining precinct.
This is a very exciting time to be part of a brand new venture and we need your help to bring BOTTARGA RESTAURANT to life.
There are multiple positions available including waiters and food runners. Italian cuisine and wine knowledge is an advantage but not necessary with ongoing product training provided.
Full-time and casual positions are available and successful applicants must be flexible to work over a 7 day roster.
You will be working along side passionate hospitality professionals in a friendly team environment.
