Here’s what we’re looking for:

Bar Manager – Full-Time 40 hours per week

You will be reporting directly to the FOH Manager, and you’ll be one of the go-to managers for all FOH/Bar Staff.

You, as our Bar Manager will be instrumental in the continued success of providing high level hospitality and excellent workplace culture.

You will work alongside a strong managerial team that will lead a large well organised brigade that values hard work and a healthy work life balance. We pride ourselves on our team and offer a workplace that is enjoyable and respectful. Excellent systems are in place to create a seamless, smooth-running operation. We value a calm modern management approach to day-to-day operations that creates a positive inspired workplace environment.

Key Skills and Experience required:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role and know your way around the hospitality business
• Experience in managing staff
• Experience in managing timesheets and cash registers
• Experience with POS Systems – Impos advantageous
• Handling reservations and phone calls in a professional manner
• High level of customer Service
• Conflict resolution and customer management

You will need to demonstrate:

• You are motivated, customer-focused, and take charge when needed
• Strong leadership skills
• A calm and professional approach to high pressure situations
• Strong communication skills and be a great mentor that can train others
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A positive, can-do attitude that empowers those around you
