Wine Tasting Professional (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Ferngrove Wine Group is one of the largest wineries in Western Australia. In 2018 we launched our own sales team and we are now seeking a passionate, motivated and energetic casual wine tasting professional to join the team. If you are looking for a job which provides flexibility and variety then this role is made for you. This position is focused on conducting wine tastings across stores located in the Perth Southern suburbs in the Mandurah and Baldivis area, working closely with the Area Sales Representative. This would be an ideal role if you are based in the Mandurah region. We envisage that it will involve approximately 1-2 tastings per fortnight at this stage. 

Ideally the successful candidate will have wine tasting experience and a background in the wine industry will also be advantageous, though not essential. A knowledge of wines and the ability to taste and describe wine is important for success in the role. You will need a RSA Certificate, current driver’s licence and a reliable motor vehicle to be considered for the position.

A negotiable hourly rate is available commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
