The Mahogany Inn and Distillery are looking for experienced bar/wait staff. We are located in the picturesque Perth Hills, about 8 minutes from Midland/Roe Highway. Your chance to get away from the rat race and relax in this very special historic building, just 35km’s from Perth CBD.

THE RIGHT APPLICANT WILL DEMONSTRATE:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Must have extensive knowledge of beers, wines and cocktails
  • Service is at the heart of everything you do - ensuring a smooth service and a memorable guest experience time after time
  • Must have high energy and want to work
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible availability
  • Must have right to work in Australia and have an RSA, Duty Managers card preferable

Rosters include a mix of days & nights and will include weekends. 

The Inn has accommodation boasting 11 rooms, indoor and outdoor bars, 80 seater restaurant and distillery.
