Located in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, Longview Vineyard is seeking an enthusiastic team member for this exciting new role. With a 65 hectare, single vineyard property, nine grape varieties, accommodation for 44, including a brand new eight person Lodge and Day Spa opening at the start of March, Longview's offering is truly one of a kind for wine tourism in South Australia.
Our Cellar Door is the hub of our tourism and hospitality offering and the successful candidate will be responsible for the management and growth of our Cellar Door, along with our Vista Wine Club.
Our Cellar Door is open daily, with wine tastings offered Wednesday to Sunday and traditional Italian inspired lunches each weekend, as well as being the location for our accommodation check-in's / out's.
Working closely with Management, the Cellar Door BOH team, Food & Beverage Supervisor and Admin team, this is a full-time, permanent role.
A high level of customer service is required and experience is a similar role is expected. Multi-tasking and analytical/problem-solving skills will be required for this role as well as a love for wine, hospitality and tourism!

Technical competencies:-
- Relevant studies in wine/hospitality (wine learning equivalent to WSET Level 3 or higher);
- Ability to work effectively using Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Commerce 7 POS/E-commerce (not necessary, however highly regarded)
- RSA
- Responsible Person badge
