Nestled in the heart of beautiful Tasmanian wine country, Pipers Brook Vineyard in the Tamar region is home to some of Australia's most sought after cool climate wines.  We are seeking an experiences Bottling Supervisor/Maintenance Manager to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coordination of the smooth and efficient production of the bottling line, according to the manufacturing schedule
• Supervision of a small production team, ensuring KPI targets are being met whilst ensuring product quality is not compromised
• Development and implementation of robust preventative maintenance schedules
• Assessment and prioritisation of breakdown service requirements
• Regular reporting and recording of data for Quality Assurance purposes
• Ensuring strict adherence to the company’s safety and quality protocols

The successful candidate must have skills and experience in the following:

• A maintenance role, ideally with food production equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in Quality Assurance and implementation of preventative maintenance programs
• Understanding of production KPI’s
• Be a proven team member who can maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
• Have the ability to cope and work with disruption and adapt to changing priorities
• Have high level problem solving and attention to detail skills
• Sound knowledge of general business operations, policies, procedures and processes
• Forklift licence and experience essential

This is a full-time position that includes a wine allowance. Salary will be negotiated with the preferred candidate.
