Job Requirements
• A highly motivated and reliable person - Great work ethic
• Skilled in Laboratory analysis
• Experienced in record keeping (experience with Winefiles/winery software would be advantageous)
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel with great computer skills
• A strong team player and communicator
• Understanding of winery cellar work processes and basic winemaking principles
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing and able to work flexible hours during the vintage period (extended hours and weekends).
• Forklift license and experience advantageous.
• Pride in being part of a small, successful team making high quality wines.
