Cellar Door Professional wanted!
Anvers Wines is looking for an Experienced Cellar Door Salesperson to join our dynamic team. We are a destination venue in the idyllic Adelaide Hills, boasting over 20 of our own wines, a stunning new venue, picturesque views, and the tranquility of the surrounding Kuitpo Forest and Mt Bold reservoir.
Open for lunches only (Thursday to Sunday), with only the occasional wedding in the evening. Anvers is a multi-faceted venue hosting an a la carte, fine dining restaurant, a casual dining and pizza menu, the cellar door and a private dining room.
We are seeking a driven individual with experience in selling wines, the Adelaide Hills Wine Region, as well as base knowledge of wine production. WSET courses or similar qualification preferred but not essential. Eagerness to learn and independently grow the cellar door under the guidance of the Venue Manager.
General understanding of POS systems and operating an online wine club, some marketing and excellent customer service is required. Ability and willingness to assist in the restaurant as required is mandatory.
Casual position available with a view to full time for the right candidate. Must be available weekend, days only.
