A rare opportunity has arisen to join the administration team. Based at the winery in Great Western, Victoria, you will be reporting to the National Sales Manager and responsible for all Direct to Consumer activity through managing the Cellar Door and Wine Club.

This role calls for an experienced consumer focused manager, with a passion for delivering memorable wine experiences to our loyal customers.  You will need to have excellent people management skills, superior time management and an ability to work collaboratively across the team to tell local stories across our brand social media platforms.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to embody the family’s culture and values and be able to work both within a team environment and independently. Previous winery-based experience, particularly in Wine Club Management will be an advantage to allow us to utilise the customer database to be more segmented in our approach.  An understanding of core Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word are a core requirement.
