Grape Wine & Food Bar is one of the leading businesses in the very busy and popular Salamanca Precinct. We are looking for a hospitality driven industry professional with proven success in this field.

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the venue's growth & success by developing and leading a team of dynamic staff, evaluating and executing events, ensuring profitability and overall business success. Reporting directly to the company stakeholders, you will oversee the daily operations of the venue in a hands on capacity and be accountable for meeting business objectives.

 Skills & Experience

• Previous experience with entertainment
• Hospitality focused with a minimum 4 years held in a supervisory or management position
• Leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills
• Forecasting / reporting, contributing to budgeting & planning process
• Effective decision making
• Analysing and interpreting venue P&L into business operational requirements
• Having worked with multiple departments including security, a kitchen team and function/events

The role is a full time permanent position. A generous salary package will be negotiated for the role.
