Mino & Co Wines are a small family owned and run business that has seen savvy marketing generate exciting growth in its new brands. Exporting to UK, New Zealand, China and expanding to other countries sees us looking for a dynamic winemaker to lead the company’s winemaking and brand development in this exciting growth period. 

Working with Fruit from premium and commercial areas such as Adelaide Hills, Heathcote, Gundagai and Riverina promises to offer the winemaker rewarding challenges in this hands-on role.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic with attention to detail in planning of all production from determining picking schedule to bottling scheduling. They will be responsible for all day to day operations and lead a small team of competent staff.

 

Job Requirements 

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* Thorough Knowledge of winery operations

* Experienced with EZY SYSTEMS data base highly desirable

* Problem solving and organisational skills

* Suitable wine making qualifications and experience

* Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
