Location : 105 Swan St Guildford ‘Gateway to the Swan Valley’       

Hotel Bar Supervisor - MOD - level 4 - 5 depending on skills

38hr week - lifestyle friendly roster - penalty rates apply 

If your priority is Guest Service & looking for work in reputable boutique Hotel We are local family owned & run hoteliers delivering for near 20 years a organized venue offering seamless service to guests across a number of spaces. 

To be considered in this role, 

  • Background in Bar - F&B as team leader - min 2 years  
  • Have a calm & positive energy & professional F&B persona
  • Interested in Bar culture that is learned, fun, & guest focused
  • Comprehension of POS ‘swiftpos or similar’ & reservation systems ‘fork’
  • You will require excellent communication skills with staff & guests 
  • Understand bar cellar management 
  • Importantly a eye for detail & ensure open & closing meets hotel standards
