An excellent opportunity to be part of our tasting room team. This is a casual role between 15-20 hours per week predominantly on weekends.
Duties include:
- Delivering a high level of customer service and experience
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Converting tastings into sales and signing up new wine club members
- Maintaining the presentation of the tasting room
- Basic food prep for the tasting experiences
The successful applicant will have:
- Sound knowledge of wine and hospitality experience
- Experience in a sales and customer service role
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and Responsible Persons badge
