A rare opportunity has arisen to join the administration team. Based at the winery in Great Western, Victoria, you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and responsible for a variety of accounts and administration related tasks.
This role calls for an experienced accounts administrator, with experience processing payroll, sales orders (including export order management), accounts payable, accounts receivable and other general office administration tasks. You will need to demonstrate practical business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to embody the family’s culture and values and be able to work both within a team environment and independently. Bookkeeping and Xero Software (including Xero Payroll) experience will be an advantage, as will using Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher.
