Must hold a minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management plus 2 years relevant post-qualification experience
To be successful in this role you must be:
- Highly organised and efficient
- Calm under pressure
- Will adhere to and enforce strict health and hygiene standards
- Organising functions
- Liasing with Chefs
- Supervising waitstaff
- Preparing rosters
- Training staff, recruitment and management of relevant staffing issues
- Handling complaints from patrons
