Cocktail / Wine Bar Manager (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Opening in February 2021, Destino is an exciting new Mediterranean inspired Cocktail and Wine Bar in the world class marine village of Sanctuary Cove.

We are searching for a Bar Manager to help us create a unique experience for locals, boating enthusiasts, golfers and guest staying at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove.

Working with a small team, you will have strong leadership skills, be innovative and be passionate about providing great customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

  • You will hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • You will be available to work Friday/Saturday evenings as well as Sunday afternoons as a minimum.
  • You will have at least 2 years bar management experience.
  • You will have a knowledge of wine and classic cocktails while being able to create our own signature cocktails.
  • You will have high levels of customer service
  • You will have proven organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
