Over the last 2 years our team have created an incredible experience for fellow lovers of wine and good times at our beautiful Cellar Door.
To help lead the way and continue to deliver the family-friendly, down-to-earth service we've become famous for (and even won awards for!), we're now searching for a passionate Cellar Door Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of all cellar door operations and our Wine Club
- Driving cellar door sales
- Creating memorable experiences for all our visitors – one that they come back to enjoy time and time again
- Leading and managing an incredible team to deliver on our customer service expectations

Who we're looking for:
A keen lover of wine and a genuine passion (borderline obsession!) for delivering an incredible customer experience are two key must haves for this role.
We’re searching for someone who is naturally gifted at creating an environment that customers love spending time in and who has great attention to detail to make sure all of their needs are not just met, but exceeded!
Other skills, experience and qualities we’re looking for in someone include:
- Sound knowledge of wine and a keen interest in the industry
- Previous managerial experience in Hospitality or Retail
- Adept in using relevant systems including - - - POS and Deputy for rostering
- Truly customer-oriented and genuinely wants to help others
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- An ability to think logically, learn quickly and problem solve
- Enjoy being hands-on and can also be flexible to adapt to the needs of the role and business
- Fantastic managing, coaching and motivating teams
- Experienced at stock management
- Great communicator and super personable – can build and maintain relationships easily.
$70,000 - $75,000 plus Superannuation
