Dynamic Geelong and The Bellarine wine, golf and hospitality group is seeking a Victorian Account Manager to drive success through outstanding wine and cider sales for the following award winning brands:

- Leura Park Estate

- Flying Brick Cider Co.

Are you driven, motivated and upbeat with a knack for building rapport with people? The successful applicant must be an experienced Account Manager with a passion for sales, people, wine and cider.
Key Duties:
- Ability to implement a sales call plan that is adaptable to business needs and flexible with market trends and client needs
- Conduct market research to source new business
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with current customer base
- Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts across Victoria
- Maintain effective communication with the State Sales Manager – VIC and Director – Marketing, Sales & Hospitality to maximise any sales opportunities and monitor sales strategies
- Provide market intelligence on a regular basis and an understanding of competitor strengths, weaknesses and ongoing sales activities
- Participate and represent our brands at key industry and trade events that will ensure an appropriate return on investment
The ideal person for this role will be hungry for success, and love the challenge of winning business. You will have a proven record of achievement in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, and you will impress us with your demonstrated ability to create a strong rapport with clients. Your passion for wine and cider sales will be complemented by strong time management, reporting, computer and administrative skills. You will also be able to effectively manage clients across a large region (VIC) while adapting to a growing business – be a part of the fun!
