Bremerton Wines is a leading family-owned winery with a brand new tasting room offering wine, gin and food experiences based in the Langhorne Creek region. Only 25 minutes from Mt Barker or Murray Bridge, 40 minutes from the South Coast and less than 1 hour from Adelaide.

We are seeking a highly motivated, vibrant, and skilled individual to join our marketing and cellar door team. 

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate outstanding customer service, have direct marketing experience and creative skills, the ability to multi-task and work productively within a small and dedicated team, superior communication skills, and a strong passion for the wine and hospitality industry.

MARKETING

  • Marketing Collateral Development (Desktop publishing)
  • Copywriting
  • Video development
  • Social Media strategy and implementation
  • Media communication
  • Sales promotions and campaigns implementation

WINE CLUB

  • Provide members with an exceptional level of customer service
  • CRM database Maintenance
  • Communication with members
  • Implement acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies
  • Execute campaigns and strategies

CELLAR DOOR

  • Provide visitors with an exceptional level of customer service
  • Host group tastings and other wine, food and gin experiences.
  • Processing and dispatch of mail orders.
  • Provide overall backup to Cellar Door Manager
  • Participate in functions and events or tastings for Bremerton Wines.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • An exceptional communicator with excellent work ethic, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Desktop publishing, database management and CRM experience
  • Experience in the creation and implementation of direct marketing and sales collateral, strategies and campaigns
  • Wine Industry experience or similar with a passion for wine and food
  • Confident and well presented with a positive and flexible approach


This is a salaried full-time position working on a seven day rotating roster. This is a key role within a very dynamic and passionate team. An attractive salary package (including a generous wine allowance) will be negotiated based on experience and knowledge.
