Full-time and casual positions are available, offering a rotating roster with flexibility.

To be a good fit here you need to:

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in high end dining
• Have a sound knowledge of wine and other beverages
• Be passionate about your career and the industry
• Be professional in attitude, punctuality and reliability
• Be well presented, courteous & have a HUGE smile!
• Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Be fluent in English
