Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities· Host wine tastings and deliver warm, informative cellar door experiences for visitors.
· Maintain cellar door operations, including service, stock presentation, and guest engagement.
· Represent Mayfield Vineyard at external events, tastings, wine shows, and dinners.
· Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, trade partners, suppliers, and media.
· Collaborate with the winemaking team to stay updated on vintages and product storytelling.
· Assist with brand-building activities including marketing, content support, and partnerships.
· Contribute to onsite events, corporate experiences, and guest activations.
· Act as a polished, personable ambassador for the Mayfield brand at all touchpoints.
About You· Proven experience in the wine industry, especially in cellar door or wine service roles
· Strong wine knowledge and enthusiasm for cool-climate varietals and regional storytelling
· Confident speaking with guests and groups—warm, friendly, and professional
· Business-minded with a proactive, ideas-driven approach
· Comfortable working weekends and attending occasional offsite events
· Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in every interaction
