Customer Support Representative

In this role you will:
● Solve application support questions from our global customer base
● Provide support to our sales, training and implementation teams
● Work some seasonal shift hours or be on-call during harvest periods.
● Work with our development team to identify and resolve complex issues
● Contribute to internal and customer facing documentation and training materials
● Visit customers on site where necessary
To be successful you’ll have:
● A passion for software and digital products
● Great problem solving skills and a desire to help others
● Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
● A high level of initiative and attention to detail
● A love of wine or other craft beverages
● A terrific and professional phone manner
● Google Sheets or Excel knowledge
Desirable skills include:
● Familiarity with vintrace
● Multilingual in Spanish, Italian or French
● Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system
Qualifications and Experience:
● Previous experience in a customer service role
● Wine production experience or knowledge
Reports to:
This position will report to the Customer Support Manager.
Location:
Australia Central or Eastern time zone preferred with remote and flexible working arrangements available.
