About the company
Patritti are a proud family business, established in 1926. Located in Dover Gardens, we are the last remaining fully operational family-owned winery in suburban Adelaide. Our Cellar II tasting room is open from 10am to 5pm every day, and until 9pm on Fridays. We have live music and food trucks on site every weekend.
About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Wine Ambassador who can deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role will be located primarily in our Cellar II Tasting Room, as well as in our retail Cellar Door. The purpose of the role is to provide customers with a memorable wine experience whilst driving sales and membership sign ups. Training will be provided.
This role is a casual position of approximately 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity to increase hours for the right candidate. You must be available to work a roster that includes Friday to Sunday, public holidays and school holidays. Most of the shifts will be rostered between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm.
Skills & experience
- Experience in a Cellar Door or wine focused role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to host multiple customers at once in a busy environment
- Ability to host wine tastings and masterclasses once trained
- Passion for wine and the local wine regions
- Current RSA
- WSET highly desirable
