Established in 1995, Leura Park Estate has firmly established itself as a renowned producer of premium cool maritime climate wines.  Located on the stunning Bellarine, just 15 minutes from Geelong you will find our working vineyard nestled amongst vines, with an outstanding Cellar Door and function venue that oozes rustic charm - a perfect place to enjoy a roaring fire in winter or the sun drenched alfresco area and oversized umbrellas in the warmer months. 

We are seeking a fun, vibrant, organised and hard-working Assistant Cellar Door Manager to manage the day to day front of house operation at Leura Park Estate.

The successful applicant must be an experienced team player with a passion for people, wine and excellent service, have strong organisational skills with amazing attention to detail and be capable of juggling a number of tasks at any given time. 

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • a positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • demonstrated operational experience in a-la-carte restaurant service as well as functions and events
  • ability to support the Operations Manager to effectively control beverage and wage costs and maximise revenue opportunities
  • proven ability to manage, motivate and develop a team of hospitality superstars
  • an outgoing personality and sense of humour
  • flexibility and the ability to 'roll with the punches'
  • a true passion for wine and hospitality
  • a hands on, can do approach
  • flexible availability including weekends and public holidays as required
  • Current RSA certificate
